Lithium battery is a kind of lithium battery with lithium iron phosphate battery as the battery cathode material. The key cathode materials for lithium batteries include lithium cobalt oxide batteries, lithium manganese oxide batteries, lithium nickel oxide, ternary materials, and lithium iron phosphate batteries.

The key development prospect of lithium iron phosphate batteries used for lithium iron phosphate secondary batteries is lithium batteries. Compared with NI-H and Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries, they have great advantages. Lithium batteries are made from lithium metal materials or lithium aluminum alloys as battery cathode materials, which are prepared in a solution for non-hydroelectric power generation. The physical properties of lithium metal materials are very cheerful, so there are strict regulations on its production, processing, storage, application and ecological environment protection.

There will be no fire or explosion during puncture, and no explosion of lithium battery.

When the rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery is overcharged to 100%, it is not prone to explosion accidents; when the lithium battery reaches a certain standard value, vapor will be produced and precipitated.

Lithium batteries are the typical operating voltage of a single lithium iron phosphate battery.

Lithium iron phosphate battery is resistant to overcharge and overdischarge, and overdischarge can repair over 80% of its characteristics in a short period of time. Over-discharge of lithium batteries will cause irreversible damage.

Lithium iron phosphate batteries can be charged and discharged with large currents, which can be charged and discharged beyond 10C20C, while lithium batteries can only charge and discharge 3~4C.

However, the specific energy of lithium iron phosphate batteries is not as high as that of lithium batteries. The working voltage difference is smaller. Because of its large charge and discharge characteristics, it has key applications in pure electric vehicles, aviation models and other levels. The large-capacity lithium battery is mainly used in civilian industries.

In addition, using lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4) as the battery cathode material and copper as the raw material for rechargeable batteries not only reduces costs, but also improves the safety factor. The P-O bond in the crystallization of lithium iron phosphate battery is very stable and not easy to dissolve. It will not cause hotness or structural collapse even under high temperature or overcharge standards, which is reliable.
